Not enough time to write a comment? Then why not just speak to a member of staff who will write a short comment for you on our new 'Verbal Comments' Log sheets. Responses will be made available on our Customer Focus notice boards.

Please remember - we will not always get things right but will try our best.

Why not have a look at our customer charter which is available throughout the centre. It will give you some idea of what we wish to achieve when delivering our service.

Customer Forum

It's an opportunity for customers to bring to the table their thoughts, suggestions and hopefully not too many complaints which will be discussed and feedback given to all users via the Customer Service notice boards.

What was discussed?

The turnstiles in the fitness gym - it's good that they are now working to stop unauthorised use of the facility.

Please can staff monitor the use of the sauna and steam rooms to stop people from using the facilities who do not have the appropriate user bands?

Can the sauna and steam rooms be left open during the 30 minute closure of the main pool on a Sunday afternoon?

There is not enough space in reception before the turnstiles.

It doesn't help customer service when the fast track is not working.

Need some more medicine and fit balls in the fitness gym.
