Edmonton Leisure Centre has excellent health & fitness facilities for all ages and abilities.
Its superb split level gym has a variety of cardiovascular and weight equipment with the very latest Technogym fitness equipment including built in screens so that users can watch or listen to their favourite programme or music.
In addition Edmonton Leisure Centre has a modern fitness and dance studio.
Edmonton Leisure Centre also has fitness facilities for children aged 8 - 16 years of age in their purpose built SHOKK junior gym available at the following times:
Mon-Thu 7.00am-6.00pm
Sat 11.00am-3.00pm
School Holiday Periods:
Mon-Thu 11.00am-5.00pm
