Swimming is Fun, it's a great way to exercise and its excellent value.
The 33 metre, 6 lane competition pool has a 250 seat spectators gallery with panoramic views of competition swimming, training and casual swimming. Disabled access for viewing the pool is also available. All the usual changing facilities including lockers, showers and hairdriers. Qualified lifeguards are on duty during all public swimming times.

Swimming Pool Admissions Policy
Main Pool
- Children under 5 years must be accompanied on a one-to-one basis, regardless of their swimming ability, by a responsible swimming adult (minimum age of 16 years) at ALL times.
- One swimming adult may accompany up to two children between the ages of 5-7 years.
- Non swimmers must remain in shallow water.
Poolside Steam & Sauna
Treat yourself to a Steam and/or Sauna as well as a swim! This special ticket entitles you to sit back after an invigorating swim (or a work-out*) and let the sauna and/or steam room work its magic! Children 8-15yrs must be accompanied by an adult. *Full details of the options available are on the 'Swimming Prices & Information' leaflet available in reception.
Arnos Pool
Arnos Pool is open and available for clubs, groups, swimming lessons and some limited public swimming.
